SFIA-style skill levels, per-grade/discipline archetypes, and where the team sits against them. The skill list below is a starter set for you to edit — it isn't a complete or official SFIA skill profile.
Add every skill you want to rate people against. Category is free text (SFIA's six top-level categories are Strategy and architecture, Change and transformation, Development and implementation, Delivery and operation, Skills and quality, Relationships and engagement — or use your own).
The expected skill levels for a grade within a discipline, e.g. Associate Director — Data, Automation & AI.
Each person's actual levels vs. their archetype's targets (matched by grade + discipline, set on the Admin page).
